Lord of the Rings online is my drug of choice, and I am kind of taking it slow, I have one level 49 that I\'ve been teasing my guildies with, I\'ve taken months, building him up, and he is now half way through level 49, and I go on raids, so I don\'t get too much experience, but a lot of loot. well not very much really but mostly epic loot. I also encourage my children to play video games occasionally, and to understand that they are playing a game. I mean saying that someone is going to run over a hooker because they saw it in a video game, is like saying that noone alive today has ever played Lemmings. and if you don\'t get that analogy, go play lemmings. if you are right though, I wouldn\'t play it, because you will eventually have to kill yourself, as a main theme of the game is suicide

深圳市集装箱拖车运输协会章程(深圳物流） (2006年2月24日二届二次会员大会通过) 第一章总则第一条本团体的中文称为深圳市集装箱拖车运输协会(以下简称本会) 英文名称为SHENZHEN CONTAINER TRAILER ASSOCIATION。第二条本会是由我市各道路集装箱运输企业自愿组成的行业性民间组织，属非营利性社会团体，是依法成立的具有法人资格的社团组织。第三条基本宗旨：拥护中国人民的领导，坚持党的基本路线，遵守宪法、法律、法规和国家政策，遵守社会道德风尚；协助业务主管单位进行行业协调管理工作；反映企事业单位的要求与呼声、维护其合法权益；加强与国内外同行业的联系与交流，组织专业培训，繁荣与发展我市集装箱拖车运输事业，促进社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设。第四条本会属市级行业协会，受业务主管单位深圳市交通局、行业主管单位深圳市行业协会服务署和社团登记管理机关深圳市民政局的业务指导和监督管理。第五条本会设在广东省深圳市。第二章业务范围第六条本会的业务范围（一）调查研究，协助政府加强行业管理与协调工作，对政府正在制订的和现行的集装箱拖车运输政策、管理法规、行业发展规划、运力调控等提出意见和建议。并在可能的情况下，受政府委托，协助政府加强行业管理实际工作。（二）经常了解听取集装箱拖车运输企业的呼声，协助政府解决他们关心的问题，加强企业与企业之间的联系，定期召开信息交流会，组织编印深圳市集装箱拖车运输协会通讯及会刊；（三）提供信息和业务技术咨询服务以及专业培训服务。（四）根据企业需要，组织专业委员会，开展有关专业范围内的经验交流与专业培训工作；（五）加强与国内外同行之间的联系，组织学术交流与研讨，不断提高行业业务及管理水平。制定和推行行业行规，并处理会员单位违反行业行规的行为，规范本行业市场，切实为会员单位办实事。第三章会员第七条本会会员（以下简称会员）分为团体会员和个人会员。第八条申请加入本会者，必须具备下列条件：（一）拥护本会章程；（二）有加入本会的意愿；（三）在本会的业务范围（行业、学科）领域内具有一定的影响；第九条会员入会的程序是：（一）提交入会申请书；（二）经理事会讨论通过；（三）由本会公布或发给会员证。第十条会员享有下列权利：（一）本会的选举权、被选举权和表决权；（二）优先参加本会组织的各项活动；（三）对本会工作的批评建议权和监督权；（四）入会自愿、退会自由。第十一条会员履行下列义务：（一）执行本会的决议；（二）维护本会合法权益；（三）完成本会交办的工作，参加本会的各种活动；（四）按规定交纳会费；（五）向本会反映情况，提供有关资料。第十二条会员退会应书面通知本会，并经理事会同意和交回会员证。会员如果1年不交纳会费或不参加本团体活动的，视为自动退会。第十三条会员如有严重违反本章程的行为，经理事会表决通过，予以除名。第四章组织机构和负责人产生、罢免第十四条本会的最高权力机构是会员大会（或会员代表大会），会员大会（或会员代表大会）的职权是：（一）制定和修改章程；（二）选举和罢免理事；（三）审议理事会的工作报告和财务报告；（四）选举和罢免监事；（五）审议监事会的工作报告；（六）决定终止事宜；（七）决定其他重大事宜。第十五条会员大会（或会员代表大会）须有1/2以上的会员（或会员代表）出席方能召开，其决议须经到会会员（或会员代表）半数以上表决通过方能生效。对（一）、（二）、（三）、（六）项作出决议，须经到会会员（或会员代表）2/3以上表决方能生效。第十六条会员大会（或会员代表）每届3年。因特殊情况需提前或延期换届的，须由理事会表决通过，报业务主管单位审查并经社团登记管理机关批准同意。但延期换届最长不超过1年。第十七条理事会是会员大会（或会员代表大会）的执行机构，由会长、副会长、理事组成。在闭会期间领导本会开展日常工作，对会员大会（或会员代表大会）负责。第十八条理事会的职权是：（一）执行会员大会（或会员代表大会）的决议；（二）选举和罢免会长、副会长和秘书长；聘请名誉会长、顾问；（三）筹备召开会员大会（或会员代表大会）；（四）向会员大会（或会员代表大会）报告工作和财务状况；（五）决定会员的吸收或除名；（六）决定设立办事机构、分支机构、代表机构和实体机构；（七）决定副秘书长、各机构主要负责人的聘任；（八）领导本会各机构开展工作；（九）制定内管理制度；（十）决定其他重大事项。第十九条理事会须有2/3以上理事出席方能召开，其决议须经到会理事2/3以上表决通过方能生效。第二十条理事会每年至少召开一次会议；情况特殊的，也可采用通讯形式召开。第二十一条本会视实际情况决定是否设立常务理事会。常务理事会由理事会协商选举产生，在理事会闭会期间行使第十八条第一、三、五、六、七、八、九项的职权，对理事负责。（根据本会目前实际情况暂不设常务理事会，会长办公会代为行使此职权。）第二十二条　监事会是理事会的活动及本会日常工作的监督机构，在会员大会（或会员代表大会）闭会期间监督理事会的活动及本会的日常工作，对会员大会（或会员代表大会）负责。第二十三条监事会成员不得少于 5 人。监事由理事会或会长办公会审议提名、会员大会或会员代表大会选举产生，监事会应在其组成人员中推选一名召集人。协会会长、副会长、理事、秘书长、副秘书长不得兼任监事。第二十四条　监事的任期每届为三年。监事任期届满，可以连选连任。第二十五条　监事会或者监事行使下列职权：（一）检查协会财务；（二）对会长、副会长、理事、秘书长、副秘书长执行协会职务时违反法律、法规或者协会章程的行为进行监督；（三）当会长、副会长、理事、秘书长、副秘书长的行为损害协会的利益时，要求会长、副会长、理事、秘书长、副秘书长予以纠正；（四）提议召开临时会员大会（或会员代表大会）；（五）对理事会的活动进行监督。 (六)列席理事会或会长办公会。第二十六条本会的会长、副会长、秘书长必须具备下列条件：（一）坚持党的路线、方针、政策，政治素质好；（二）在本会业务领域内有较大影响；（三）会长、副会长、秘书长最高任职年龄不超过68周岁；（四）身体健康，能坚持正常工作；（五）未受过剥夺政治权利的刑事处罚的；（六）具有完全民事行为能力，没有不良信用记录的；（七）没有担任党政机关和事业单位现任公职的。第二十七条本会会长、副会长、秘书长如超过最高任职年龄的，须经理事会表决通过，报业务主管单位审查并经社团登记管理机关批准同意后，方可任职。第二十八条本会会长、副会长任期3年。（会长、副会长任期最长不得超过两届）因特殊情况需延长任期的，须以会员大会（或会员代表）表决通过，报业务主管单位审查并经社团登记管理机关批准同意后方可任职。秘书长实行聘任制。秘书长的产生和解除须经会长或四分之一理事的提议，由理事会表决通过。秘书长列席理事会或会长办公会。第二十九条本会会长为本会法定代表人。如因特殊情况需由副会长或秘书长担任法定代表人，应报业务主管单位审查并经社团登记管理机关批准同意后，方可担任。本会法定代表人不兼任其他团体的法定代表人。第三十条本会会长行使下列职权：（一）召集和主持理事会；（二）检查会员大会（或会员代表大会）、理事会决议的落实情况；（三）代表本会签署有关重要文件；第三十一条本会秘书长行使下列职权：（一）主持办事机构开展日常工作，组织实施年度工作计划；（二）协调各分支机构、代表机构、实体机构改革开展工作；（三）提名副秘书长以及各办事机构、分支机构、代表机构和实体机构主要负责人，交理事会决定；（四）决定办事机构、代表机构、实体机构专职工作人员的聘用；处理其他日常事务。第五章资产管理、使用原则第三十二条本会经费来源：（一）会费；（二）捐赠；（三）政府资助；（四）在核准的业务范围内开展活动或服务的收入；（五）利息；（六）其他合法收入。第三十三条本会按照国家有关规定收取会费。第三十四条本会经费必须用于本章程规定的业务范围和事业的发展，不得在会员中分配。第三十五条本会建立严格的财务管理制度，保证会计资料合法、真实、准确、完整。第三十六条本会配置有专业资格的会计人员。会计不得兼任出纳。会计人员必须进行会计核算，实行会计监督。会计人员调动工作或离职时，必须与接管人员办清交接手续。第三十七条本会的资产管理必须执行国家规定的财务制度，接受会员大会（或会员代表大会）和财政部门的监督。资产来源属于国家拨款或者社会捐赠、资助的，必须接受审计机关的监督，并将有关情况以适当方式向社会公布。第三十八条本会换届或更换法定代表人之前必须接受社团登记管理机关和业务主管单位组织的财务审计。第三十九条本会的资产，任何单位或个人不的得侵占、私分和挪用。第四十条本会专职工作人员的工资和保险、福利待遇，参照国家对事业单位的有关规定执行。第六章章程的修改程序第四十一条对本会章程的修改，须经理事会表决通过后报会员大会（或会员代表大会）审议。第四十二条本会修改的章程，须在会员大会（或会员代表大会）通过后15日内，经业务主管单位审查同意，并报社团登记管理机关核准后生效。第七章终止程序及终止后的财产处理#x 第四十三条本会完成宗旨或自行解散或由于分立、合并等原因需要注销的，由理事会提出终止动议。第四十四条本会终止动议须经会员大会（或会员代表大会）表决通过，并报务业主管单位审查同意。第四十五条本会终止前，须在业务主管单位指导下成立清算组织，清理债务，处理善后事宜。清算期间，不开展清算以外的活动。第四十六条本会经社团登记管理机关办理注销登记手续后即为终止。第四十七条本会终止后的剩余财产，在业务主管单位和社团登记管理机关的监督下，按照国家有关规定，用于发展与本会宗旨相关的事业。第八章附则第四十八条本章程经一九九九年十月三十日理事会表决通过，本章程修改经2006年2月24日二届二次会员大会表决通过。第四十九条本章程的解释权属本会的理事会。第五十条本章程自社团登记管理机关核准之日起生效。#x
