现代女性有很多人基于爱美的理由，迟迟不愿怀孕或惧怕怀孕，原因之一就是害怕妊娠纹的出现。根据统计，约有80%的怀孕妇女可能会产生妊娠纹，也有许多妇女懂得使用除纹产品来预防妊娠纹的产生，但是对于怎么擦、擦多少、对宝宝有没有任何影响等等的问题，却都停留在口耳相传、一知半解的状况，效果也就大打折扣了。　　　　妊娠纹形成的原因，主要是因为真皮层中的胶原蛋白及弹力蛋白不足以负荷肚皮一下子被撑的太大，而引起的纤维断裂，使得皮肤凹陷、挤压毛细血管、在皮肤表面形成伤痕状的条纹。除腹部外，包括胸部、大腿、背部及臀部都有可能产生妊娠纹。南方由于潮湿炎热，妊娠纹往往会引发一些症状，诸如皮肤发痒、皮肤出疹等等。　　妊娠纹产后并不会消失。孕妇除了可透过体重的控制、腹部按摩及均衡营养素的摄取来减缓妊娠纹的产生及缓和皮肤搔痒的状况外，于怀孕初期适度地使用除纹产品，对预防或减缓妊娠纹的产生有一定的作用。除纹霜中的胶原蛋白成分，可补充真皮层的胶原蛋白，预防纤维断裂，这是一般乳液或是甘油类的保湿剂无法达到的效果。　　许多孕妇涂抹了各式除纹霜，却感觉根本没有用。究其原因，与涂抹时机、使用方法不当有关。孕妇容易出现妊娠纹的五大部位，腹部、臀部、大腿、胸部及背部，各有不同的按摩秘诀，包括：　　◎腹部：以肚脐为起点，以顺时针方向不断地画圈按摩，画圈时应由小至大向外扩散，直至均匀地涂满整个肚皮为止。　　◎臀部：涂抹时可将双手放在臀部下方，用手腕的力量由下往上、由内至外轻轻按摩即可。　　◎大腿：以膝盖为起点，由后侧往上推向髋部10次。　　◎乳房：涂抹乳房时，可以乳沟做为起点，以指腹由下至上、由内至外轻轻画圈按摩，直至贴近下巴的脖子为止。　　◎背部：双手由脊椎的中心往两侧10次。想了解更多最有效的去妊娠纹方式和最有效的去妊娠纹产品,尽在www.83buy.com.
