有医学书证明，在男孩子的手臂关节内侧，往手掌方向大约一寸左右的地方，有一道类似于刀痕或手指甲划痕的线，一般都很明显，这就是所谓的处男线了。如果有过性生活，这条线就会消失，如同处女的守宫砂一样，很科学，识别方法也很简单，广大妇女同志只要把男孩子的手臂抬起来一看，就什么也清楚。
