边个可以教我点做?

我有个朋友得咗脑癌,只剩返20日命左右,但倨屋企人除咗倨阿爸知道之外就无其他人知道拉!倨依家匿埋咗,个个都吾知去边度稳倨!依家倨话过几日来肇庆见我,但我应承咗倨吾可以将倨来肇庆尼件事讲比任何一个识得倨既人知,但我又觉得倨好自私既同时,我又觉得自己都好自私! 我应吾应该话比倨屋企人知,倨来肇庆呢?我应该话比识得倨既朋友知吗?边个可以话比我听,我应该点做啊?
